Phenotypic Description
This line is described as being a "low level" expressor (Tg3 in PMID:16823490). Homozygotes: high rate of early postnatal death and dose dependent hydrocephalus and/or schizophrenia like neuropathy. Heterozygotes: dose dependent hydrocephalus and/or schizophrenia like neuropathy; the hydrocephalus was described as "mild".
