Identified in circadian rhythm screen. Mice carrying this mutation have no phase shifting response to a light pulse given at CT16. This mutant line may be useful in determining how inherent circadian rhythms are synchronised to 24 hours light:dark cycles. Currently there is no molecular insight into this phenomenon.
